InnovaWise Labs sends email and text messages to people who have asked to hear from us, who have done business with us, or who we have contacted about our services. This page explains how that works and how to stop it at any time. Stopping is always free, always immediate, and never requires you to explain yourself.
1. How to stop text messages
Reply STOP to any text message you receive from us. You will get one confirmation message and then no further texts.

You can also opt out by emailing jason@innovawiselabs.com or calling 480-420-8833 and telling us the mobile number to remove.
2. How to stop emails
Click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any marketing email from us. It takes effect immediately.
You can also email jason@innovawiselabs.com with the word "unsubscribe" and the address you want removed.
Please note that if you are an active client, we will still send you the operational messages required to deliver your service, such as scheduling, support, billing, and system notifications. Those are not marketing and are not covered by a marketing opt-out. If you want to end service communications entirely, contact us directly and we will discuss it.
3. How we get your consent
We contact you by text only when you have given us your mobile number and agreed to be contacted, for example by submitting a form on our website, requesting an AI Profit Leak Audit, signing a service agreement, or telling us directly that texting is acceptable.
We contact you by email when you have submitted a form, requested information, become a client, or when we have reached out to a publicly listed business address about our services. Every marketing email we send includes a working unsubscribe link and our business identity.
Consent to receive marketing messages is never a condition of buying anything from us.
4. Message frequency and cost
Message frequency varies depending on your relationship with us and what you asked for. Message and data rates may apply, charged by your mobile carrier. We do not charge you for messages.
5. We do not sell or share your mobile information
Mobile phone numbers and consent to receive text messages are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. We share mobile information only with the service providers that help us actually deliver the messages, and only for that purpose.
6. Supported carriers and delivery
Message delivery depends on your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
7. How long it takes
Text opt-outs take effect immediately. Email unsubscribes take effect immediately, though a message already in transit may still arrive. If you continue to receive messages more than ten business days after opting out, contact us and we will fix it.
